ACCOMMODATION: We have two main choices for accommodation. They are both within five minutes walk of the town centre; there are cafes and supermarkets within two minutes walk. Both supply towels etc. If you require different accommodation please ask and we will arrange it.

The pension is built into the old city walls; it was recently renovated and can sleep up to 12 guests. Most of the rooms have a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a large terraced area with a BBQ. An old Portuguese couple that live there run the pension. Photos here.

A Portuguese family who do speak English well run the apartment hotel. There are 18 studio apartments that are either two or three bed. All the studios have TV and WiFi, there is a swimming pool and large terrace area outside. Every studio has a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking rings. Photos here.
