The best way to contact us is email info@bicabikes.com or use the form above, we will have all the information we need to hand when answering. We usually answer emails early morning and late evening. We organise the bookings via email and our booking system requires an email to make a reservation.

 

If you need an answer urgently call the shop number on 00351 918502663 we will answer calls between 09.00 and 17.00 local time on weekdays, the number is only in use during the shop hours!

We don't use Social Media messages for work as it is impossible for one person to keep up with, it uses up too much riding time and we don't like office work to be honest. The number above does have WhatsApp but we only check it during shop hours.
